During my seven years at InVision, aside from being a brand designer, I helped InVision brand translate its voice and principles into engaging animations for multiple product and marketing campaigns. This included working with freelance artists, brand, product, marketing and engineering partners, and overseeing the process from conceptual stages to final implementation.
Using consistent motion principles and guidelines, I influenced brand and product exposure across landing pages, emails, social, content campaigns and sub-branding events, which led to significant user engagement throughout the years.Working closely with the partners from product, I created extensive animations using After Effects. These were used extensively on marketing landing pages, social channels and product platforms to highlight InVison's product features and drive user engagement.
Keeping the brand principals in mind, as well as abstraction and continuous looping, I developed a series of micro-animations to explain the main features of prototype. These were subsequently utilized on the promotional landing page to drive user engagement.
Collaborating with brand and marketing partners, I developed an animated social media storytelling campaign to showcase the latest product enhancements. They performed well on Instagram and increased user engagement with the brand.
Collaborating with brand partners, I created animations that embody the thrilling and varied aspects of traveling. Specifically, we drew inspiration from global flags—their hues, their designs. Utilizing our pattern toolkit and broad color spectrum, we have crafted unique and personalized patchworks for each adventure.
The animation process using the different masks was a bit challenging, but we were quite pleased with the final product and received a lot of compliments from the community.
The study involved partnering with the branding and engineering teams to bring a fresh perspective to upcoming revamps of landing pages. One proposal involved introducing the pink pixel, a fundamental identification icon of InVision.
InVision has hosted numerous events and webinars for the community. I had the opportunity to team up with the brand and marketing partners and develop animations for both social media and web applications, which led to significant community engagement.
During my time at InVision, I enjoyed and was very grateful for the opportunity to learn and participate in various projects and collaborate with individuals with unique perspectives.
